In Exodus: Goodbye World, Metamoney Mining allows players to earn the in-game cryptocurrency, Metamoney, by mining rocks using a pickaxe in the Exodus GBW Mobile App. The system features Rock Difficulty, which adjusts based on how quickly Metamoney is being mined globally. If mining is too fast, the difficulty increases, reducing the yield per strike, and vice versa. Rock Impact determines the effectiveness of each mining strike, with higher impact resulting in more Metamoney earned. This dynamic system ensures balanced and fair mining rates. Mining Metamoney[]

Players can start earning Metamoney by mining rocks through the "Exodus GBW" app, available on Android. iOS and in-game releases are planned for the future. Users must create an account using Wallet Connect or traditional email and password. After logging in, a tutorial will guide them through the basics, and then they can begin earning coins by tapping on rocks to mine them as they appear.

Metamoney Use Case[]

Metamoney is a cryptocurrency on the Polygon Blockchain, serving as the in-game currency for the Exodus: Goodbye World MMORPG. Players can use Metamoney for transactions with other players through player-to-player trading and to purchase essential game items from the Merchant Shoppe. Additionally, due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, players may also use Metamoney for transactions outside the game, leveraging its value in the broader crypto market.

Withdrawing Metamoney[]

Players can withdraw their Metamoney in Exodus: Goodbye World to their linked crypto wallet by claiming their Metamoney rewards. In the Android Exodus GBW app, coins are not blockchain assets until they are claimed to a users' wallet. Players' may navigate to their Metamoney through in Settings > Account > Rewards. There is a limit of one free withdrawal per day.

Linking Wallet[]

Players can withdraw their Metamoney in Exodus: Goodbye World to their linked crypto wallet by claiming their Metamoney rewards. In the Android Exodus GBW app, coins become blockchain assets only when claimed to a user's wallet. Navigate to Settings > Account > Rewards to access Metamoney Withdraws. Note that there is a limit of one free withdrawal per day.

Mining Mechanics[]

Mining Process: Players mine rocks using their Rock Impact score, which replaces traditional hashrate, to earn Metamoney.
Rock Impact: The effectiveness of mining is determined by the player's Tier, which affects their Rock Impact score.
Difficulty Adjustment: The Rock Difficulty is adjusted with every block mined, equivalent to 114 million coins. This difficulty targets an hourly average for each Block mined. It is determined by the collective Rock Impact of all players and time it took to mine the previous Block, ensuring a target distribution rate of 114 million coins per hour.
Earnings: Players' share of Metamoney is proportional to their contribution with their Rock Impact to the Rock Difficulty.
